The Gindin Wolson Simmonds partnership was established in 1995 with the primary goal of creating a firm dedicated to excellence in the practice of criminal defence.

We are one of the largest firms west of Toronto exclusively devoted to criminal law. We have eleven practicing lawyers guided by a total of 100 years of combined experience in criminal defence work from our three senior partners. Our expertise has been honed and refined over time and through thousands of cases.

Not only do our attorneys practice criminal law, but many of them have been instrumental in defining its very future. Our work in both youth and adult courts has enabled us to affect changes in policy and setting precedents within both Manitoba and Canadian Law as related to the Canadian Criminal Code and the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
